  • Do I need to create an account to shop at Reign?
    No, you do not need to create an account to buy from our online store. However, creating an account with us will allow you to view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases!
  • How do I know which size to pick?
    We are big advocates for size inclusion and body positivity in fashion. We offer a variety of sizes to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. You can find unique size charts for each individual product for accurate measurements.
  • Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
    We have made every effort to display the colours of the products to be as authentic as possible. However, colours do vary on different screens and electronic devices, so we cannot guarantee it. To see product reviews, check out our Instagram to see photos from our customers!
  • Can I combine orders or add items to an existing order?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
  • Can I return or exchange my order after I have received it?
    We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Check out the Shipping and Returns page for more information!
  • Where are Reign products made?
    All of our products are made in India. A major part of the sourcing and manufacturing happens in Bangalore and gets shipped from Mumbai.
  • How can I find out when new arrivals are added to the store?
    Sign up for the Reign mailing list and you will be the first to know about new arrivals!
  • What online payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro credit and debit cards. We also offer UPI, Netbanking and Cash on Delivery options.
  • How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?
    After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge you for the value of the items in stock.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
    We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We process online payments through Razorpay. On opting for online payment for your order, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to fill in your payment details.
  • Where do you ship to? Do you offer free shipping?
    We ship all over India and it is free! Learn more about our Shipping policy here.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    We work hard to get your Reign products to you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery dates for all orders are within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Do you ship to multiple addresses?
    Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
    We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
  • What packaging will my order be shipped in?
